The Stressless Ottoman Bolt is designed as a direct replacement for original Signature model ottomans and is compatible with both older and newer Signature ottoman bases. For some newer ottoman models, a revised bolt may be required, so verifying the correct size before ordering is recommended.

To determine which bolt your ottoman requires, measure the shaft opening on the bottom of the Signature base. An old model inner shaft diameter is 1/2". A new model shaft diameter is 11/16". An old bolt has a flat, low profile head. A new bolt has a robust, thick machine head. The new screw will not fit in a 1/2" inner shaft diameter. An old bolt will fit in either shaft diameter. 

This replacement bolt includes a pre-applied thread locker for a secure installation and comes with the required extra-long Torx 30 wrench, making installation straightforward.
