Paloma Leather
Paloma is a slightly corrected leather with a combination of dyes and pigments that soothes some of the leather’s structure (grain pattern). However, the grain structure of Paloma may vary slightly on some parts of the furniture, and minor color nuances may also occur. Natural marks, scars, and insect bites remain and will appear in Paloma. A thin coat of lacquer gives Paloma protection and simplifies cleaning. Due to its soft, natural, and comfortable expression, Paloma is a very popular choice.
Batick Leather
Batick is a durable, corrected-grain upholstery leather with a uniform, embossed texture. Most natural markings are removed, resulting in a refined, consistent finish. Enhanced with pigments and a protective lacquer coating, Batick offers excellent resistance to fading, while remaining easy to clean and maintain. Its practical durability, user-friendly care, and accessible price point make Batick a smart, reliable choice for everyday living.
Noblesse
Noblesse is the most luxurious leather offered by Stressless®, crafted from premium full-grain, semi-aniline hides. Velaro
Velaro is a premium, thick full-grain leather known for its elegant grain and naturally rich appearance. Dyed through and only lightly corrected, it retains much of its original character, enhanced by a subtle double-tone effect and a delicate tip shine that adds depth and dimension to each shade. Light embossing gently evens out grain variation while preserving authentic natural marks and color nuances, making each piece unique. Sumptuously soft yet robust, Velaro offers a luxurious hand feel with a thin protective topcoat for added resistance to stains and easier maintenance. While durable, it remains less heavy-duty than more heavily pigmented leathers, making it ideal for those who value natural beauty and refined texture in premium upholstery.

In daily use, furniture is exposed to various strains caused by external factors such as body oils, perspiration, general wear, and color transfer from clothing.
We recommend your leather furniture is cleaned and re-protected at least every six months.
Use a Stressless Leather Care Kit. This is a mild, water-based cleaner that can be used on all pure aniline and pigmented leathers. It will remove soil as well as most water-based stains.
Stressless Leather Protection (included with the kit) is a water-based protection product for all types of leather except nubuck and suede. Stressless Leather Protection protects against oil, water, and alcohol stains as well as everyday dirt and grime. It will also keep your leather lovely and soft, and when used regularly in combination with Stressless Leather Cleaner, prevents pigmented leather from cracking.

Some natural settlement and indention in the padding and foam are considered normal and is part of a break-in process.
5 year Warranty on Base, Foam and, Power Motor/Mechanisms
The 5-year warranty covers the base for the chair and ottoman, including the swivel ring, gas lift, extensions as well as all foam and interior padding in the chair and ottoman. Also includes electronic parts and the motor for Power mechanism and all accessories. Please note that some deformation and indention in padding is considered normal and is part of a break-in process.
2 Year Warranty on Power Batteries
We guarantee battery units on Stressless furniture for a period of 2 years from the date of the initial delivery to the consumer. This guarantee only applies to the battery units offered by Stressless; the use of 3rd party batteries with Stressless products will void the entire Stressless warranty.
1 Year Warranty on Leather or Fabric Upholstery
The 1-year warranty covers the leather or fabric upholstery including stitching and zippered assemblies assuming that the product has been cared, and maintained using Stressless approved guidelines for maintaining leather furniture.
