Walnut Oiled chairs are surface-treated, so oil treatment is not necessary.
For Lacquered surfaces: For daily cleaning, wipe the furniture with a clean cloth well wrung out in lukewarm water - if necessary, add a few drops of dishwashing liquid in water, followed by wiping with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners such as scouring powders or creams.
For oiled surfaces: For daily cleaning, wipe the furniture with a clean, dry cloth or a cloth well wrung out in lukewarm water (if necessary, add a few drops of dish soap in water), followed by wiping with a clean, dry cloth. To protect the tabletop against dirt and moisture, we recommend that you maintain the table with Skovby furniture oil.
Never place furniture right next to radiators or heaters.
Skovby furniture is built and designed for indoor use and is not suitable to be used outdoors. Exposing this furniture to the elements can cause damage to the piece.

Comfortable chair compliments our dining area
These chairs are very nice looking and complimentary to our contemporary teak draw leaf dining table. They are very sturdy while having mid century look and feel. The padded seats and shaped backrest are much more comfortable than the 30 year old spindle back dining chairs that they replaced.

Service and delivery were superb! I am now looking at the Hansen website first for any of my furniture needs. It was helpful to be able to speak to people directly in a store and my two chairs arrived in less than a week in perfect condition. Yay! Beautiful furniture at a fair price and delivered quickly.
