A quiet expression of balance and Scandinavian craftsmanship. The Secto Design Owalo 7000 Pendant stretches a slender line of warm, even light across dining tables, kitchen islands, desks, and meeting spaces. Designed by architect Seppo Koho, its elongated form combines precisely arranged birch slats with an integrated LED light source, creating a pendant that feels visually light while providing substantial illumination.
Handmade in Finland from PEFC-certified form-pressed birch, the Owalo 7000 highlights the warmth and natural character of wood within a clean architectural profile. An acrylic diffuser softens the integrated LED light, while built-in three-step dimming allows the output to be adjusted directly from a standard wall switch.

Form-Pressed Birch
The Owalo 7000 is crafted from form-pressed birch slats that give the pendant its distinctive combination of warmth, precision, and visual lightness. Birch allows the narrow wooden structure to maintain its sculptural form while creating the natural character associated with Secto Design's Finnish lighting collection. The fixture also incorporates a fine-textured powder-coated steel case and an acrylic light diffuser.Available shade finishes include Natural Birch, White Laminated, Black Laminated, and Walnut Veneer. Natural Birch, White Laminated, and Walnut Veneer are paired with white hardware, cable, and ceiling cup, while Black Laminated is paired with black components.
