Warm light meets classic Scandinavian craftsmanship. The Secto 4220 Table Lamp brings a soft, inviting presence to side tables, desks, and dressers with its sculptural shade of slender birch slats.

Handmade in Finland, the 4220 uses form-pressed birch to gently filter the light while concealing the bulb from direct view. Its tall, compact profile provides ambient illumination without occupying excessive surface space, making it equally suited to living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and reading areas.

The Secto 4220 balances a lightweight wooden shade with a sturdy powder-coated steel base. Four finish options allow the lamp to move easily between light Scandinavian interiors and richer, more dramatic settings.

The closely spaced birch slats soften the light and help shield the bulb from direct view, creating a warm glow with subtle patterns of light and shadow. Its vertical form provides a distinctive decorative presence while maintaining a relatively small footprint on a table or dresser.
The shade is made from PEFC-certified, form-pressed Finnish birch and assembled by skilled craftspeople in Finland. Thin wooden slats give the lamp its characteristic warmth while allowing light to pass through the spaces between them. Depending on the selected finish, the birch is left natural, laminated in black or white, or finished with walnut veneer.

The supporting stand is made from fine-textured powder-coated steel for stability and durability.
Dust the lamp regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Fresh marks may be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture and abrasive cleaners on the wooden shade and finished surfaces.
