Featuring the signature pelican mechanism, the manually adjustable backrest folds upward with ease to become a supportive headrest. When folded down, the back remains low and streamlined; when raised, the refined back adjustment increases the seat depth from approximately 19.7 inches to 22.8 inches. For head-to-toe relaxation, an almost invisibly integrated leg rest lifts smoothly, allowing you to transition effortlessly from a seated position into a fully reclined posture.

LongLife 31 leather is a premium upholstery leather designed to balance durability with a refined, natural look. Made from high-quality European cowhide, it features a lightly pigmented finish that preserves the hide’s authentic grain while providing consistent color and added protection. With a supple yet resilient feel, this leather offers excellent seating comfort and breathability, making it well suited for everyday use. Its protective treatment helps guard against spills, wear, and fading, allowing it to maintain its appearance over time with minimal maintenance. Natural markings and subtle variations in the grain are inherent characteristics of the material, adding depth and individuality while underscoring its genuine leather quality.

Leather is a natural product that will last for many years when treated properly. Along with your Himolla product, we deliver a gift package of a leather care kit free of charge. Directly after unpacking you should perform an initial cleaning. Then the recommended leather care should be carried out periodically at least twice a year. Additional leather care kits recommended by Himolla can be purchased from your local retailer. Keep your Himolla product away from heat sources (e.g. central heating systems, fireplaces, stoves, and so on) or direct sunlight as these can irreversibly damage the leather. Such damages are not covered by the himolla Limited 5-Year Guarantee. If your Himolla product is placed in very bright, dry, or warm places, the leather care product needs to be applied every three months. Repairs or alterations may only be performed by an authorized service representative.
