Seppo Koho
Seppo Koho is a Finnish architect and designer known for his work in modern Scandinavian lighting. He began collaborating with Secto Design in the mid 1990s and has designed most of the brand’s collection. His designs are recognized for their use of form pressed birch slats that create soft, atmospheric light. Koho studied at the University of Art and Design Helsinki and later earned a degree in architecture from Tampere University of Technology. His work, including the Octo series, has become internationally recognized for its balance of craftsmanship, simplicity, and warmth.
