Tried ordering this kit online but had some issues with their site when checking out. Called the store and they were very helpful and accommodating. Installation easy, perfect fit, and made the chair even more comfortable. Highly recommend the nice folks at Hansen.

Shipped promptly from Hansen Interiors. Package contained all necessary parts. Process of installation is straightforward and takes only a few minutes. I’m not sure why the Stressless company is so worried that consumers can’t do this properly. It’s very easy and would be pretty hard to do something “wrong”. Thanks.
